I enclose a copy of a letter from Mr. Osborne, addressed to the Board of Trade, from which you will see that Mr. Osborne makes similar representations to those contained in his letter addressed to
ir Jocelyn Lucas, M.P., a copy of which, together with my reply was sent to you with my saving under reference.
The Board of Trade have not acknowledged Mr. Osborne's letter and I shall be grateful if a suitable reply could be conveyed to him.
